Did find unit to be low of charge did Charge did add 2 lbs subcooling was at 9.5 and super heat at 12 coil temperature was at 43 degrees did replace dual run capacitor tested at 31.5 / 4 blower cap tested at 5.2 of 10mfd did replace both.
parts and labor of replacement of compressor, defrost board and 11 Lbs of R410A freon. 1 surge protector heat pump. Replaced compressor,defrost board and added surge protector on outdoor disconnect. System operating with 20 degree drop explained all functions to customer and system operating properly at this time.
Replaced capacitor on outdoor unit, system cooling at this time.
R22 unit, no refrigerant. Coil is rusted. Unit needs replaced. Need to set up bid on replacing system.
